Female with a good outlook in life

The Room: is the master bedroom and has its own bathroom. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer. Big open kitchen, big living room. Half of bathroom in the entrance. We have parking in the garage but have to coordinate because it’s front and back parking. The neighborhood is amazing and everything is super close.
About me and what I look for:
Hi I’m a hairstylist I work for myself part time in my place now( at home salon) and out doing house calls. I’m looking for a responsible, hard working, friendly and just good energy woman. I’m super laid back always happy, cleanliness is a must and just be respectful of others. I’m easy to get along with and you get a hairstylist as your Roomate you get priority on hair services lol also one thing that I would like is someone who doesn’t judge another person based on my politics and religion. I’m a firm believer in God and would love someone at lease with the same value or mentality. Makes a huge difference when living with someone. Happy to say I’m a republican
