Private Room In Artist Home **Female Roommate**

I have a private fully furnished one bedroom available in my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2 story artist townhouse in the heart of Beverly Hills. Right across the street from Roxbury Park, 5 blocks away from Rodeo Drive with plenty of shopping and restaurants in proximity. Grocery stores within walking distance of 5 blocks east or west. Looking for a responsible female roommate, preferably working full time. A student preferred as we are close to UCLA. There is a cat in the house, she's very friendly. We are artists, one a dancer of 25 years and I'm a visual artist making paintings and sculptures, working full time. Soonest move in would be December 1st, 2022. $1700/m (this includes utilities).
