I have room with private bathroom in a 2b3b two-story apartment in the pico-Robertson area. The apartment is 1300 sq ft and the bedrooms are on the first floor (but not ground floor. Rent is $1400 + utilities with tandem if you have a small car and street parking available. Central AC. Deposit is $1400. Immediate move-in or later is ok if you willing to pay from March 1st (15th at the latest). If you have furniture for living space we can see what you can/want to bring. Needs to provide proof of income (x3 times the rent, so 4k minimum) and MUST have good credit (+690). The landlord just denied my current roommate because of bad credit. After turning in the application it take 24 hours to get approved. I just moved in, therefor the pictures are from an empty apt.
About me and who I’m looking for:
I’m 28, go to school during the day and work late nights so I want a peaceful and chill home. I work till 5am so need someone who is understanding of my odd hours and don’t bring people over all the time. I’m responsible and clean and looking for someone who is the same. While I of course don’t mind you being home I’m not looking for someone who works from home. My boyfriend comes over sometimes but other than that I don’t really have much time for anything else 🙈 No pets and non smoker please. Looking for someone longer term, not month to month.
