Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. Private yard. You will have full access in the house. Although there is only one bathroom, it worked great in the past. I shower at the gym and am gone a lot.
Parking is never a problem. Great restaurants and stores all within 2-10 min walking distance.
Prefer someone who is not a big partier and perhaps even sober.
My 15 yr old son is with me every other thurs-monday.
My cats are mostly outside or in my room.
