Upstairs room w/private bath

Looking for a new housemate! The available bedroom is on the upstairs floor of a single-family home and comes with its own assigned bathroom. Upstairs bedroom can be furnished with queen bed & frame, nightstand, desk, rug, storage console pictured (+$100) or unfurnished. The rest of the home is clean, fully furnished, well-decorated home with ample common areas and a large, gated backyard in a quiet residential area.

In home washing machine and dryer. Elliptical, ballet barre, and resistance bands in communal home gym space. Communal Nespresso machines including one with latte making capabilities (BYOP). House chores and utilities are split evenly between roommates.

This is the perfect space for a college student looking for a quiet community off campus or a single professional. Self-identified nerds, introverts/ambiverts, and people who tidy up after themselves are always a plus. Non-smoking house.

There are three registered support animals in the house (one husky and two cats) all of whom are friendly and quiet. We cannot accommodate any additional animals.
