I own a condo and I am seeking a roommate /friend... located in Baldwin hills neighborhood in Los Angeles 90008.
Completely renovated condo and Looking for a responsible clean roommate to fill my spare room. There is in unit washer and dryer and large stand up shower in the bathroom. There is lots of storage throughout that can be shared. Your room is large and has a pre-wire for a tv and a very large closet and room for a desk. Comes furnished with a queen bed and 6 drawer dresser for your convenience. There is also a Large shared living room and large shared kitchen. I am a social person and love having people over and going out so that is always welcomed. Im pretty accommodating of your needs and am a open and honest person. I am part of the LGBTQ community.
