Hey! I’m subleasing my room in a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house in Leimert Park. You’ll be about 10 min to USC, 20 min to Downtown, Culver City, West LA, Ktown, and Miracle Mile.

Rent is 1000 a month not including utilities. But utilities are bimonthly which is really nice.

House includes:
Dishwasher
Heater and a/c
Driveway parking (but there’s always available parking on the street)
Backyard
Garage
Washer and dryer
Living room is already furnished Kitchen is already furnished
Mini gym

Roommates are both in their mid 20s. Super laid back and friendly. Always down to hang out if you want to or not. Both work from home due to covid. So if you’d be working from home you’ll be in a quiet, chill environment.

Also I will be moving officially in March 1st. If you want to move in soon that can be arranged. The lease does end in May so you can decided whether you want to say or not.
