We are the first people to live in it. $1112.50/month plus utilities (internet, gas, water, electric, trash). Available April 1 with possibility to start May 1. Will be doing virtual tours for those interested and select candidates can come see it in person 🙂 Must be okay with dogs, as we have one very sweet & cute pup! No cats; we are allergic!
