Private Room/bath in Boyle Heights

Looking for someone to rent one bedroom in a 3bd/2bth house. You'd share the house with a 27yr old male professional and his medium sized lovable dog. Rent includes private room, bathroom, all utilities except cable (we don't have it). Shared spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, front yard, back yard, porch, small storage "garage" room, and driveway. Parking is available (tandem) in long driveway large enough to fit 5 cars. Washer and Dryer in house and AC/heater combo in room.

Room is approximately 115 sq ft with a closet that measures 36"W x 32"D and bathroom is 48 sq ft.

Must be tidy/clean and love dogs. Drake (the dog) lives indoors, keeps to himself, and does not enter a room unless invited.
