I?m looking to sub-lease my bedroom by August 1st for 2 months (could be longer depending when my job needs me to return) It?s available NOW if you?re ready. It?s a 3BR 2B apartment. Located in Boyle Heights, 5 mins from Downtown LA. Quiet neighborhood. You?ll be sharing the place with two working women ages 26 and 30. Both are working from home at the moment, so they would prefer a roommate that is working from home as well to limit Covid-19 exposure. The room has a queen sized bed and a large closet. You?ll share the bathroom with one other person. There?s 2 parking spaces which we alternate and there?s plenty of street parking. Washer and dryer in unit and a yard. Gas $25 a month (spilt 3 ways), electricity/water/trash ranges from $60-100 per person every 2 months (depending on usage) Wifi is $20 a month per person.
