Seeking 4th roommate in 4 bed/2 bath rented house

Rented home in Boyle Heights seeking long term fourth roommate.

4 Bedrooms, 2 Bath, in-home laundry, gas stovetop range, fridge/freezer, parking in gated backyard lot, small front yard, large backyard.

Utilities: Internet, gas, and LADWP. Avg. for utilities is $90 - 130 per month, with LADWP bill paid bimonthly. We don't crank the air conditioner 24/7, but we do use it, so if you're the type who doesn't like the AC on much this won't work for you.

Large backyard, grass and gardening space which current roommates use it for. 2-car garage with storage. We also have a second freezer/fridge in the garage so lots of food storage space.

Please no constant partiers, looking for down to earth, straight laced, chill folks who will be respectful of all in the house and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is mostly single-family homes, very kind, charming with families, so that's the vibe we are looking for.

Prefer non-Cig smokers, no smoking inside house.
