We're 3 friends looking to fill the master bedroom in our house as our 4th friend Dominic is moving out on April 1st, it's a private room & private bath with a walk-in closet for $1175 (including parking) + utilities per month

Currently, it's me (Linn, 23), Maya (26), and Christian (25) living here and we get along very well and are very friendly with each other and would like for the new roommate to also have a friendly vibe. We would like for the person who moves in to be able to show proof of income and also pay a deposit of $1165 and the first month's rent.

The house is located 5 minutes from Little Tokyo and 2 minutes from Boyle Heights so it's basically in DTLA and super central.
