Rented home in Boyle Heights seeking long term fourth roommate. (month-to-month lease but ideal person is looking for long term stay)

4 Bedrooms, 2 Bath, in-home laundry, gas stovetop range, fridge/freezer, parking in gated backyard lot, small front yard, large backyard.

Utilities (not included with rent): Internet, gas, and LADWP.

Large backyard, grass and gardening space. 2-car garage with storage and additional parking outside for 2 more cars.

Please no constant partiers, looking for down-to-earth, chill folks who will be respectful of all in the house and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is mostly single-family homes, very kind, charming with families, so that's the vibe we are looking for.

Prefer non-Cig smokers, no smoking inside house.
