Currently I, a dental assistant is in one room and the second room is being rented to a working professional female. I have two cute elderly dogs. One dog has arthritis, so he spends the day outside in our front yard and sleeps inside with me. The other dog is mostly outside in our backyard. Everyone in the house is fully vaccinated and I am looking for another roommate who is also.

Also, the house is a 5-minute drive to Biola University, a 10 minute drive to Whittier College, and a 20 minute drive to Fullerton College and Rio Hondo College. Lastly, the Whittwood Shopping Center is only a 5-minute drive from the house.
