The rent is flat rated at $1,275/month which includes
all utilities and amenities. The rent is approx
38% lower for the location and building due to
rent control.

Utilities include: Water, Power, Gas, High Speed
Internet and Directv with movie channels.

Amenities include: pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa and
a secure, gated parking.

The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. There
is a new queen size bed in the room and the room
has Internet and Directv cabling.

The Location is great. You can walk to the grocery store,
restaurants or coffee cafes. The place is 3 miles
from the Santa Monica Beach and 1.5 miles from UCLA.
