Great bedroom with bathroom in Brentwood

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for an amazing bedroom with a bathroom located in Brentwood. The room is quite large and has a big sliding door closet. You will have your own bathroom right outside the room and there is another large closet in the hallway that is yours as well. The living room and dining room are shared and are really bright and airy. There is a balcony in the living room as well. There is also an in-unit washer dryer which is amazing! There is a garage downstairs with parking for two cars, you would share with the other two girls who live in the apartment. The other tenants are lovely girls, one is getting their Masters at UCLA and the other works in Legal. Both are super nice! I have really enjoyed living here for the past two years but unfortunately need to move to be closer to my job. Please email me if you are interested! We are looking for a female between 25-35.
