Room in Heart of Brentwood Avail Dec 20

Room in super spacious 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Brentwood. A small few-unit building 1 minute walk from San Vicente, Whole Foods, Ralphs, Restaurants, SoulCycle etc. This spot is awesome, big, and a bargain. New kitchen and bathrooms. Private bedroom with a walk in closet, shared bathroom and 3 car tandem parking (super easy to find parking on the street). Central Heat and AC. Note: Bed in picture is a queen so the room is pretty spacious.

Must move in between December 20 - Jan 1. Bedroom would be unfurnished, common areas are partly furnished (our roommate is taking some things with her and we can work together to fill the rest). Please feel free to bring your own couches, or kitchen table if you have!
A bit about us. We are both recent female college grads in our mid-20's who like to keep the space super clean, calm and homey. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful, has a steady job and does not work from home 24/7. We tend to go to bed pretty early, but enjoy having friends over on the weekend. NO PETS, FEMALES ONLY.
