Large Semi-Private Space in Living Room for Rent

My roommate and I have a semi-private space in our living room in downtown LA that we are renting out for $850. It would be sectioned off by a partition or curtain, etc for your privacy. It has two big floor-to-(almost)-ceiling windows and fits a full size bed and a dresser with room to spare or a Queen size bed and dresser. You would share a bathroom and would have a closet adjacent to your space all to yourself. The apartment has a HUGE private terrace that you are welcome to enjoy! It is perfect for working outdoors, doing yoga, relaxing, and photoshoots. The building has a pool, jacuzzi, gym, gourmet bbq pits, fire pits, conference room, mini-theater/screening room, and a large community room with a kitchen.

About me: I am 32 year old dancer and designer from San Francisco. I?ve lived in LA for a year now. I?m easy going, friendly, and respectful of people?s space.

About my roommate: Les is a 26 year old male also from San Francisco. He is a music producer/artist who is just moving to LA. We?ve know each other for 4 years & have lived with each other before for 2 years.

We are ideally looking for someone who can rent the space out long term. However, we are open to a 3 month rental. The move in date is Sept 22/23 or as close as possible to those dates.
