About the room:
The complex is in DTLA a seventh floor corner unit with beautiful views. Located at the heart of financial district and a block away from museums and Disney hall. Apartment is fully furnished. The room can include CalKing bed and other furniture or you can bring your own. You can have your own private bathroom located in front of the room.
Apartment is furnished and unit includes washer & dryer.
If you wish to be added to the lease the Complex requires to complete application process (inclusive proof of income from last 3 months) or you can just send me the money directly month to month but I would require half a months deposit for security purposes. If interested I can provide further information. Base rent includes utilities $1800
If you want a parking space it’s an additional $75
Im open to dogs as long as they are trained but the complex requires a pet deposit/fee unless it’s a registered emotional support animal.

Complex has gym, pool, jacuzzi and convenience store.
