One of the most accessible areas to almost all public transportation options in all of Los Angeles. Very easy to get by without a car here, downtown is very walkable. If you work from home this will be a breeze as well. Downtown is a great place to live, we have lived here for almost 10 years and has seen it change, grow, and get through the last 2 years pretty well. It's a very safe building, a key fob is needed to access every area of the building. I'd be so very happy to give you a tour of downtown and help you get familiar with all the places to go here. It's a great place to live, with a professional, yet artsy vibe all around. We are also 1 block away from a park with a dog run.

The room itself is 12'x12' with a very spacious walk-in closet. Included are a full-size bed with brand new Nectar mattress, Nectar pillows, 1200 thread count cotton sheets, quality bedding, solid wood antique desk with an accessory packed Aeron chair, file cabinet, ample shelving, raised bed frame for under bed storage, and plenty of other storage options. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, full use of the kitchen and all utensils, and living room. In general we are pretty sharing people, and to condense our space we are happy to share most of what we have so we don't have 2 ketchups, 2 mayos, etc....

Your bedroom also has it's own zoned AC/Heating thermostat. Decorations can be changed or removed at any time. All utilities are included as well, within reason for heating and cooling, in addition to hi speed wifi and several streaming services.
