We currently have a spare room available in our family house. Our house is located in a beautiful and safe Burbank neighborhood. Its a private room that has it's own private bathroom and entrance . Fully furnished! There is no access to the kitchen but we do have a spare refrigerator you can use. You are also welcome to accommodate the room with your own microwave, coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, or electric stove to make your food. The room is just for one person only. Great for a single professional or student! Just seeking someone who is honest and trustworthy and is pet friendly because our family owns two dogs. Flexible lease. Utilities are included with the rent ( gas, water, cable, electricity & wifi). There is a security deposit fee to move in.
