Roommate Needed

The property is a 2 bedroom apartment over looking downtown Burbank. The apartment has a split floor plan of 2 bedrooms. There is a young male living in the 2nd bedroom so I?m looking for someone to split the master bedroom. The room is huge and has 2 closets and a master bath with a tub and shower and 2 sinks. There?s room for a full size bed in the bed room. All the utilities are included in the $600 for rent which is due on the 15th of every month, including WiFi and cable. There?s a pool and gym and community room in the building as well as free parking. My current roommate who is sharing the master bedroom with me is moving out so I?m looking for someone to move end of March/ early April. I am looking for a young, fun, and friendly girl to split the room with. My roommate in the smaller room and I want someone who will want to be friends as well as roommates so if you?re just moving here and are looking for friends it?s perfect.
