In search of a roommate for one bedroom in a beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath, 3 level townhouse in Burbank, available for move-in on February 1st, 2022.

We have 1 bedroom with a private full bathroom available.

The townhouse community is gated, and though we are one block from the Burbank airport, it is very quiet here, and we get no noise from aircraft.

You would be sharing the space with a quiet, responsible, tidy female roommate and 3 senior cats who are very affectionate.

The townhouse features central air and heat, washer and dryer, and storage space in the garage area. Garage parking is available. There is a balcony with a 2-burner gas grill as well as a separate side patio on the first floor. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances. Living, dining, and kitchen areas all feature hardwood laminate floors.

Your room will be unfurnished. It features a window, closet and a large ceiling fan. We've included images of the rooms unfurnished and furnished so you can see how the current roommate has set up the spaces.

Rent is $1250/month (1st month rent $1250 + Security deposit $1250 required for move in)

Utilities (electricity, trash, water, gas), and WiFi internet will be $120 per month for the person who moves in (total averages $350 for the entire household, except for summer months). Room is cable ready.

Landlord Requirements (owner is VERY strict about these)

Background/Credit check

Income: 3x portion of rent (approx. $3,500/mo.)

Must sign a 12- month lease prior to move-in

We are looking for someone who has a steady job, who is trustworthy, responsible and quiet. I am really hoping to find someone who is interested in putting roots down and calling the place home for a while.
