Room for rent in Burbank Condo

I have a room for rent in my Burbank condo . There?s a shared bathroom with another roommate and huge living room and kitchen space. There?s also a half bath in the hall.

I work as a teacher in the valley and am looking for someone who is responsible and respectful of the space. This means paying rent on time and cleaning up after yourself, we keep the house pretty clean!
