Large bedroom w/en suite within a townhouse

I have a large bedroom with en suite and walk in closet that I’m looking to rent out within my townhouse. I’m located in Burbank near Woodbury College. I’m within a community with amenities but it’s not gated community with a guard shack. There are security cars that patrol, with multiple pools, spas, basketball tennis courts (some are still open during COVID). All amenities are included as well as internet, HBO, STARZ, Cinemax, & showtime. Washer & dryer are located in the garage and parking is available just outside. I also have cats but they’re very friendly and would only be looking for an occasion cuddle if you’re on the living room couch. Please email with any questions.
