Looking for fellow filmmakers & artists (men or women) to fill up some rooms in our BURBANK ART HOUSE! This place has been such a blessing to call home during the pandemic. Two of our roommates just moved out, but we want to keep the dream alive of seeking like-minded, young, working professionals. Below are pictures of some of the rooms that need tenants starting in March / April. (Short term & long term rooms available. Message me for more info & feel free to tell me your story!

* 1000 $ a month for all rooms
* Flexible month-to-month lease (although we would prefer someone who wants to stay awhile)

* We have an amazing woman who cleans our home every Friday, who the landlord pays
* We have movie nights in the backyard on a projector
* Fire-pit
* A great place to collaborate and make art!
* 10 minutes walk to tons of great restaurants.
