Large 1bedroom in gorgeous 3bedroom apartment is available. Furnished with bed frame and mattress. Room has a large walk-in closet. You will have semi-private bathroom. The reason why “semi” is that you will be living with only me and my 2.5 year old daughter who will only use my bathroom in the master bedroom. So, basically, the bathroom is yours. Huge kitchen and relaxing balcony. Washer, dryer in unit. Utilities are included. You’ll also have one parking spot. 5mins away from Downtown Burbank, IKEA, Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.
About me, my name is Minju. I am 37 year old male. Originally from Japan(been living in California for 15years). Full time personal boxing trainer. Very quiet (as long as my 2.5 yo daughter is quiet. lol), respectful and responsible. Also my 2 and half year old daughter will
be living with us.
Monthly rent (utilities included) is $1,500. Security deposit (refundable) is $1,500.
