Room for Rent Available in Burbank Home!

Hi, we are an engaged couple looking for a roommate or two to join us in our home! We are in our mid-twenties, and one of us works from home permanently. We have a dog who also stays inside the house, and you need to be comfortable living with. He is a tame golden retriever.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. We live in the master bedroom and occupy one of the bathrooms. The third roommate would have their own bathroom.

There is also a back house on the property that is occupied by a professional in her mid-twenties.

The house is located right near Magnolia Park and the Chandler bike path.

We are looking for someone who is laid back and respectful of the property, who cleans up after themselves. We also like to have small gatherings with friends, which we would like any future tenant to be comfortable with.

Utilities will be separate and not included from the monthly rent. This includes wifi (can split with the existing tenants), water and power, gas, and a monthly cleaning fee ($25/month).

Please outline your current employment, work from home status, age, and a little about yourself if interested. We would like to lock in the roommate in the next two weeks, and will require in person interviews.
