Burbank Apt - Master Bedroom + Free Bed

Hello! We are working creatives in our mid-20s and we live in a safe neighborhood in Burbank. We are 2 minutes away from a grocery store + food places on foot. The apartment is 2 floors with ONLY the master bedroom available. The Master bedroom has access to a shared jack-and-jill style bathroom on the second floor and two walk-in closets.

The master bedroom would be perfect for someone looking for a large private space for themselves, or a couple looking to share a large room together. The upstairs bathroom would only be shared with one other person in the household, as the third bedroom is on the first floor and next to it's own bathroom/shower.

Our previous roommate has left a bed and mattress in the master bedroom if needed, otherwise, we'll look into selling the spare furniture to put towards rent/utilities.

We live right next door by foot to many animation and film studios like Warner Brothers and Disney, so if you’re here working in animation and film this will be perfect for you. There is also a shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store just down the block from this unit.

There is a shared kitchen/dining space/living space, and we have an indoor washer and dryer as well as larger washers available next door to our unit which are coin-operated. Apartment management and maintenance have been very pleasant, and there is also a swimming pool outdoors as well as a public courtyard with grills and sitting space.

The two of us currently in the apartment are both easygoing and mostly keep to ourselves. One of us does have a cat that does not leave their bedroom (she is an anxious cat). This is a pet-friendly building, however, we would prefer not to have a dog in the house due to allergies.
