Roommate needed: primary bedroom in a 2b2ba in Burbank by the Costco. 1070$/month plus bills comes to about 1250 a month or less. It has off street parking, central AC, in unit laundry, you have a full bath in your bedroom, dishwasher, locked mailroom, it’s an awesome apartment.

My roommate is moving out end of month and I need a roommate lined up soon. The rent is really good but the place wants you to be able to prove 3x income which is a bummer. The rent with bills would be coming to about 1250 (the actual rent is like 2140 split two ways, plus bills). I’m a good roommate. I’m a quiet guy, I keep to myself, I love the apartment. My roommate currently dominates the space but I’d be cool with having a roommate who wants to be friends and share the space a little.
