2 bedrooms with shared bath available in 3 Bed - 2 Ba (Burbank) - $985 per room - pick one or both - utilities included. I occupy the third bedroom now with its own tiny 4x4 bathroom. Rent of $985 a month per private room of choice includes SoCal Gas, BWP, Spectrum Internet (private room, shared bathroom, shared parking space on an every-other-month basis if the two newcomers both have cars). $700 deposit on the one-year lease is payable to the landlady, due up-front with first month's rent (prorated if you move in after the 1st). Private bedroom A shown with the 5-feet deep closet is available immediately. Private bedroom B shown with leaf-print drapes is available April 23rd. This unit is on the ground level with a view of our quiet, tree-lined street. There are coin-operated washers and dryers at the rear of the open-courtyard complex. No pets allowed per landlady. While I get to pick who moves in with me, the landlady will be in charge of issuing the one-year lease when she meets you.
