My name is Grady Geiger, I am 23 years old and living in Burbank currently! We have an open room available for 1297.50 in Burbank. It's a pretty nice little spot. It's walking distance from downtown Burbank, close to the 5 so you can get most everywhere pretty quick, and we have a nice little pool in the back. My roommate and I will be sharing the other room, we met during school and have just been hanging together since. But the other room in the apartment will be available. Personal bathroom, big closet.
It's for sure a short term option. My roommate and I are moving out August 1st and our previous housemate is moving out in a few days so there is a nice little opening to help find a more permanent spot. Truth be told if you like the spot we could probably just pass the lease off to you and you find a new housemate!
