In this three (3) bedroom and one (1) bathroom home, there is a front room available for rent. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a front and back yard with street parking. The house also has a driveway parking access for an additional cost.

There is a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The shared bathroom and kitchen have been recently modernized. The living room will be furnished and available for use as part of the rental. The home is equipped with a heater and A/C unit.

The room is approximately 160 sqft. There is also a closet within the room for storage. The room has a large window facing the front of the house so you get good airflow from the outside. The room comes unfurnished but can be added if needed. Please let me know in your email.

The utilities are split between the members of the house except for water and trash (which is covered in the rental fees). The house is installed with fiber Frontier WiFi internet.
