Large room and private bathroom in Calabasas

I am looking for someone to sublease my room in the Avalon Calabasas apartment complex. The room is pretty large and can fit up to a king-size bed and some furniture, and has two large windows. There is also a big private bathroom that has a small window as well! My roommate has her own separate room and bathroom so you would not need to share. Parking is easy to find as well, and it is accessible as it is on the bottom floor.
