Person in their 20s looking for a roommate! Currently work in EMS and will be going to paramedic school so I may have out of the ordinary work hours. I have a small, 30 lbs hypoallergenic whoodle who is unfortunately not good with other pets. Shared bathroom but private bedroom. Apartment complex has on-site 2 story gym, tennis courts, a 24 hour secured, lockered package room, dog park, 3 pools, cabanas, jacuzzi, and BBQs. Nature-filled paths thought out complex, is next to 3 hiking trails, and down the street from a fire station. Apartment has balcony, in-unit laundry, hardwood floors, French-double door fridge, and a smart thermostat. Living space is 10’x14’.
