Large Room in 2bed/2bath Apartment, Avalon

I have a room available on 6/23 in the Avalon Calabasas complex. It is an 11'x12' space with an open corner window, mirror closet, and a spacious personal bathroom directly outside the room. There is a large living area and neat kitchen with all appliances (oven, stove, fridge, microwave, double sink), as well as a laundromat on the balcony. I am leaving the room and bath with toiletries and minor decor, but they will be unfurnished.

You will share the 2bed/2bath apartment with a 24-year-old software engineer. I have roomed with him for over 10 months - he is clean and quiet, and is very pleasant in person.

The area is a nice place in the hills, very peaceful and lots to do. The apartment complex offers swimming pools, gyms, beautiful lounges, tennis courts, and more. Just outside the complex there are parks, hiking trails, and a recreational center opening up soon. The location is close to the highway, but doesn't receive noise from traffic.
