Luxury apartment in woodland hills

Hi everyone! I?m renting out the guest bedroom and bath of a 2 bed/2 bath luxury apartment in Woodland Hills. It?s a great community with all modern amenities so you?ll find a fitness center, business center, 2 pools and jacuzzis and tanning rooms. The apartment has a washer and dryer in unit with a laundry room. The bedroom is huge and it comes with a large walk in closet and a private bathroom. Utilities vary depending on whether you?re paying the power bill or not (the power bill comes every other month) but as an average, you?ll be paying about $1,200 a month with utilities.
