Beautiful 5 bedroom home located in a quiet culdesac in the Fair Oaks Ranch neighborhood of Canyon Country. We are seeking 1 additional house mate who is responsible, reliable and respectful.
A room is available for move in as of 2/1/2020
Another room will become available on 3/1/2020
Current tenants are all laid back and get along great and we want people who won?t cause any drama or be completely disruptive.
All house mates will have full access to all the common areas: kitchen, laundry room and the backyard (pool and spa). Rent includes all utilities and internet access as well.
We have 3 small dog and 2 cats (most of the time they?re in their rooms) so you must be both a dog and cat person :)
You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 male and 2 females. Feel free to text me with any questions!
