The floor is complete with an open lounge community space with floor seating, a movie projector, and high vibes. This room is called ‘The Portal’.
The third floor encompasses a secondary ensuite master (occupied), semi-private office/den (part of third floor master), and a sizable shared rooftop deck with a built-in barbecue and seating area.

Nick and LaChane are the current residents. They both love to host and create a community-oriented space. They believe in maintaining a warm, welcoming environment while respecting appropriate communication and boundaries. Nick and LaChane are hybrid workers (venture capital & brand marketing), but primarily work from home. They are both comfortable with having guests over and frequently have overnight guests, making the house lively and full of positive energy.
Nick and LaChane are clean and keep the house straightened, but they are not overly maniacal about cleanliness. They focus on taking care of personal belongings and maintaining the shared spaces with a conscious effort to respect everyone’s needs. It’s important to them that everyone is considerate and takes care of the community, even if things aren’t perfect all the time.
