Room for rent in carson

Hello! We have a room for rent in our home. We rent out one spare room, and will be available December 1st. It is of average size, clean. The rooms share a bathroom.
The right renter is someone who has a full schedule and just needs a quiet, private place to come home to at night.
The location of the house is great - it is in walking distance to , grocery stores, restaurants, and banks. Nearby bus stops will take you on public transportation to many local cities, such as wilmintons, Torrance, Lomita, etc., as well as to the Green Line metro station. fwy 405, 110 and 1.
The room is furnished with a full-size bed, side table and lamp, desk , drawers and closet are provided, if needed.
The kitchen is shared and fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. You would have a shelf in the refrigerator and the cupboard. There is a washer/dryer on-site.
We are looking for individuals who are responsible and respectful, as well as upbeat and friendly. No partying of any kind. No drugs. No smoking allowed. (This is a non-smoking household, so please don't respond if you are a smoker, not even a "social smoker".)
The $850 is all-inclusive - it covers rent, wifi, cable and all utilities.
Rent is month-to-month, due on the first of each month. Deposit is $500. Ideally, we are looking for someone to rent 6 months to a year, or longer, but we are flexible as move in date. Single occupancy only.
