I'm looking for 1 person to share my house total rent pm $1000 for 2 rooms. Must be respectful and considerate, tidy and clean. You will have the use of 2 rooms, one for a bedroom, the other for a living room or storage area. Shared bathroom, full kitchen and living dining room access, plus washer and dryer use, parking on shared driveway and street parking too.
All utilities and internet are included. Nice back yard to enjoy, patio with misters.
