Parking spot available starting December. Don?t mind if you have small pets as long as they are in your room when you are out and control the odor well. Be neat, especially if you do have a pet. Me, professional, army reservist, graduate student, easy going, no drugs, don?t drink so byob (moderation) be cool with a background check, long term (at least 1 year) roommate only.
