1 bedroom sublet available in beautiful apartment

I’m Richelle! I’m 31 and looking for someone to sublet the other bedroom in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The complex is beautiful and everything is new! There’s a gym, pool and jacuzzi.. We have a balcony, garage with some storage space, and assigned parking spots. Our apartment is also super close to the 110 and the 405 so it makes getting around LA/South Bay really easy! Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate I could be genuine friends with, while also having my own space. I can get along with most people easily. I’m respectful and like to keep a clean house.
