All use of Dining room, Front and backyard Livingroom ,(No TV use) I am looking for preferably a active male who is a professional with a f/t M-F daytime job. who pays their rent on time. NO use of drugs or smokes. (Including Vape) Only Serious Inquires, please! Wifi, Washer, Dryer use, plenty of parking, fwy friendly, walk to 6 different parks!! All utilities included, including, gardener, house cleaner(Common areas) Pool man....
Since my house is fully furnished I really need someone with just bedroom stuff. THE ROOM HAS A BED, AND END TABLE IN IT.
It would work best if you are professional and work away from the home a M-F 9-5 job, as I am home during the daytime..
