Rooms near Castaic Lake

We are renting a private room w/shared bathroom in a shared home located in the quiet town of Castaic in the Santa Clarita Valley (home to CalArts and College of the Canyons). Just a couple blocks away from the beautiful Castaic Lake and just down the street from I-5 freeway. There's a community pool, jacuzzi, gym, and grass areas with barbecues available. The room has new laminate flooring, window, and door with lock. There's a small fridge and microwave available for the new tenant and some various furniture available as needed.

Rent includes semi-furnished private room with a shared bathroom. All amenities are included in the price and some utilities are included (electricity not included) - gas, water, trash, internet (Wifi), and parking in a nearby lot. Small fridge and microwave included in the room and various furniture available for use, if needed (bed in pictures not available). We can offer a queen bed for an extra $ amount per month, if interested. Lease can be flexible - month to month, hoping for minimum of 3 months, but please let us know what you are looking for and we'll discuss! Single occupancy only, sorry.
