Quiet family of four seeking roommate

We are a family of four who are all employed and over the age of 21. Mom is a teacher of 32 years, We are renting a four bedroom plus large loft in a nice neighborhood. House has pool and jacuzzi. The square footage of the the home is 2380 sq. feet. We are looking for another person who would like to rent private room or loft. You will have a full bathroom with a shower of which only another person will ever use. We are mostly at work and chill on the weekends. Do not want smoker or person looking for place to party. We are a quiet family who stays home.
