Prime location, right at the entrance of Runyon Canyon, 530 sq feet, top floor, looking towards the hills with balcony and fireplace in the unit, and pool, gym, and sundeck in the building, can come furnished or empty, comes with gated underground parking spot. My lease ends at the end of Sept 2018 but I'd like to find someone to replace me for the summer until my lease ends.

At least a month booking is necessary but would prefer someone who needs a place from July 5 until end of Sept. Max 2 people. No parties, no smoking, and no pets are allowed.
