For someone who can work day time work from home , plus help my mom some days when she may need it .

Work from home because you can. Help keep an eye on the property day time, we have had some break ins in the area .

Low rent, and help take out trash and do some chores , trash only goes out every Wednesday, takes 5 minutes to roll cans out to the curb :)

You'll like the place, its a great room / small private building , with garden access and privacy !

This is good for students, or independent businessman, you don't have to be around every day,
