Friendly Home in Echo Park with own bathroom!

Lots of natural light and space!

I am moving out of my cute room in Echo Park to be further west-side.
The room is small/medium sized, fits a twin bed and chest of drawers comfortably. My queen bed is in there and that fits too. Windows across one wall let in plenty of natural light into the room.

Bathroom - you will have your own small private bathroom with shower & toilet.

The room mates - I have 2 awesome roommates, Cameron (25) & Bia (32), who work in creative industries (at Netflix & videographer respectively).
They're super chilled, down to earth, fun and generally keep to themselves as we all are fairly busy, but Friday nights are always up for a drink and chat. They will occasionally go to shows at the Bootleg theatre down the street.
We cook separately because our schedules are so varied.
They're tidy people who clean up after themselves as they go.

The home - Hulu, Netflx, HBO & Prime TV all included. We have a comfy couch, new kitchen appliances & dishwasher. The home is freshly painted.

The bills - Bills are less than $50 a month, includes utilities & unlimited wifi.

Laundry - In home washer & dryer - best feature ever!!

Furniture - option to include Twin mattress and chest of drawers if you like.

Parking - we have a parking spot for you out the back which we share with our neighbor. It's mostly ours, unless the neighbor has a guest visiting, which happens once a month or so. Street parking in the area isn't great.

Pets - Cameron has a cat called Dusty who loves attention, he takes full care of it and it generally sleeps with him. Probably best to not bring a pet with you!

Wardrobe - no in-built robes but there is a hanging wardrobe frame & chest of drawers that come with the room.
