Former Historic Mansion Downtown

Historic former mansion built in 1901 is currently being restored to its former beauty but for someone who can see past its recent history. The house is in great shape in terms of its bones but does need some cosmetic repair which are currently being done. The room is clean and furnished with a great bed and room in the closet. There is an outdoor patio and a small balcony area where you can smoke and look out at peek a boo views of the Downtown LA skyline. We are walkable to Starbucks and a local Thai restaurant. There is also public transportation within a short walk. The house has 2 kitchens and multiple bathrooms for the residents. The residents currently are very polite and friendly. We would like to build a great small community yet give everyone the privacy they need when they go into their rooms. There is also a common living area upstairs with desk to study or work.
